In a new article at MTV we learn that Lil’ Cease gave Marc John Jeffries some very important tips on how to play the role of Cease just right:
“I’ve had to show him how to roll blunts. That’s important to the story.”
I wonder if Jeffries also learned how to take a bullet when he played Young Marcus in 50 Cent’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’.
Can we just give this film the Oscar right now? I mean, it’s obvious why Fox Searchlight is releasing this on January 16, it’s so they can run “For Your Consideration” ads all year long.
