Well, Susie Homemaker is anxious for the new “Knight Rider” as Justin Bruening of daytime soap status is set to take on the starring turn as Michael Knight’s son in the new two-hour “Knight Rider” restart at NBC. Bruening is currently working on the soap “All My Children” as Jamie Martin.
Steve Shill, who has directed episodes of “Dexter”, “Rome” and “ER” is on to direct the pilot and exec produce.
As far as story goes nothing is really known outside of the fact that Bruening will play the son of Michael Knight, the character played by David Hasselhoff in the original series.
