The Orphanage was directed by Antonio Bayona and will be released by Picturehouse this December. The story revolves around a woman who returns to the orphanage where she grew up with the intention of opening a home for handicapped children. Her son makes an invisible friend, who turns out to be the same “friend” that terrorized the woman when she was a child.
