Go ahead and sign me up as director Gabor Csupo and AnnaSophia Robb are set to work together again on the adaptation of the children’s story “The White Giraffe” for Fox Walden.
Csupo and Robb recently worked together on Disney’s Bridge to Terabithia, which I just gushed all over in my DVD review. This time around Ann Peacock is adapting the Lauren St. John story of a young British orphan who is sent to live with her grandfather on a South African wild preserve. Her life is changed forever when she sets out to discover the truth about a fabled and mysterious white giraffe.
Sounds like it is right up the alley of these two, and hopefully it works out just as well.
