Karl Urban is in need of a hit considering his last two movies have been anything but as Pathfinder took forever to get to the screen and Doom has bad from day one. Perhaps his next feature with Die Hard 1 and 2 helmer John McTiernan will fare better.
The film, titled Run, finds Urban playing an Interpol agent who, while pursuing a murder suspect, uncovers a fraud conspiracy. The $30 million action-thriller reportedly has 100 pages of car chases. For those that don’t know, that is a lot of pages for car chases. Yup.
The film is expected to begin filming this August.
