Well fanboys here you go, a new look at the Silver Surfer as he… well… surfs. The Silver Surfer is making his big screen appearance this summer in the sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer set to hit theaters on June 15.
The Silver Surfer is described as the enigmatic, intergalactic herald who comes to Earth to prepare it for destruction. As the Silver Surfer races around the globe wreaking havoc the Fantastic Four (Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben) must unravel the mystery of the Silver Surfer and confront the surprising return of their mortal enemy, Dr. Doom, before all hope is lost.
Also, that little comic book cover you see with this article is the cover of the “Fantastic Four” comic that will be given away tomorrow (May 5, 2007) in celebration of National Comic Book Day.
