So, if you didn’t read what Doug Jones had to say at the Pan’s Labyrinth panel you might want to check here you Silver Surfer fans, but writer/director Guillermo del Toro was also on hand and he did talk a little bit about Hellboy 2 and a bit on a possible screen adaptation of H.P. Lovecraft’s “Mountains of Madness”.
First let’s just say this was a serious del Toro lovefest and who could blame these people? The guy makes some beautiful movies and manages to weave his love of comics and the horror genre into every single one of them. He was there, of course, to showcase Pan’s Labyrinth, but it is only inevitable that questions regarding Hellboy are bound to come out and then things swung toward the “mountains.”
