This title couldn’t be anymore fitting as Variety reports Lucy Liu is set to star in Beautiful Asian Brides for Universal Pictures. The pictures is being penned by Steven Gary Banks and Claudia Grazioso (Are We There Yet?).
The comedy is based on an original idea by Les Firestein and P.J. Pesce and concerns a man wrongly accused of murder who goes undercover as a mail-order bride in an attempt to prove his innocence.
