Bloody-Disgusting has just come across an excellent piece of casting news as they are announcing that the beautiful Jordana Brewster has been cast in the prequel to 2003’s Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake.
The site goes on to say that they have confirmed the rumor to be 100% true as Brewster becomes the first official bit of casting for the prequel, which is set three years prior to the 2003 film and will tell the story of Leatherface’s origins.
The film will begin shooting in the coming months with Jonathan Liebesman directing a script by David Schow.
