DreamWorks Pictures has acquired Hereafter, a spec thriller by Frost/Nixon and The Queen screenwriter Peter Morgan, reports Variety. Kathleen Kennedy will produce through Kennedy/Marshall.
The thriller, which Morgan wrote before he got an Oscar nomination for The Queen, is in the vein of The Sixth Sense.
Morgan’s recent scripts also include The Last King of Scotland and The Other Boleyn Girl.
