Producer Arnold Kopelson has lined up John Moore (Behind Enemy Lines) to rewrite and direct Airborne, an action film set on an aircraft carrier.
Kopelson (Platoon, Se7en, The Fugitive) has acquired the original screenplay by Eric Tipton, and has already secured the Dept. of Navy’s approval for the project but has no start date yet.
Moore produced and directed last year’s remake of The Omen and previously helmed Flight of the Phoenix.
