According to the New York Post, Hilary Swank will play the heroine being hunted by vampires in the movie version of the John Marks novel Fangland. Swank’s production company optioned the book by the former “60 Minutes” producer.
The story is set at a TV news magazine called “The Hour,” where bloodthirsty vampires roam the halls. The “Dracula” meets “Network” tale is said to reflect the sometimes hellish environment of the real “60 Minutes.”
