Art the Clown Scares in Trick or Treat Studios’ Terrifier-Inspired Halloween Collection

To make Halloween a little more terrifying, Trick or Treat Studios has come up with a new collection inspired by Damien Leone’s Terrifier franchise. The collection, which will arrive just in time for Halloween, includes action figures, Art the Clown masks, and more.

According to BloodyDisgusting, Trick or Treat Studios will be releasing Art the Clown’s hacksaw replica, action figures, pins, ornaments, and air fresheners. The 2024 collection will also include a “bleeding soap” called Terrifier: Blood & Bubbles. You may check out some of the company’s previous Terrifier-inspired offerings through its official website

The micro-budget 2016 slasher film Terrifier — despite divisive opinions from critics and audiences alike — spawned a sequel back in 2022 and has become a breakout success. Against a $250,000 budget, the ultra-gory sequel has acquired more than $11 million at the domestic box office during its initial run and has pulled in $15.4 million of revenue at the worldwide box office.

What’s next for the Terrifier franchise?

After the announcement of Terrifier 3 arriving in theaters this year, the director has shared some details about what the third film will entail. In a previous interview with Deadline, Leone revealed that they will be starting shooting in February 2024.

The first film centers on a killer clown called Art the Clown, who tried to kill a bunch of people on Halloween night.

The official synopsis for Terrifier 2 reads: “After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County, where he must hunt down and destroy a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. As the body count rises, the siblings fight to stay alive while uncovering the true nature of Art’s evil intent.”
