Tim Burton’s Batman Live Concert Tour Announced, Dates and Locations Revealed

Tim Burton’s Batman is hitting the road in 2024 as a live concert tour in celebration of the movie’s 35th anniversary.

TCG Entertainment, Warner Bros. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment, and DC announced that Batman, the 1989 superhero film starring Michael Keaton and directed by Burton, will begin playing in symphony halls all across the world with a live orchestra starting in January 2024 as part of the DC Films in Concert series.

The tour kicks off at Los Angeles, California’s Dolby Theater on January 13, 2024, before it heads to Washington, D.C.’s Warner Theater on January 19 and Tampa, Florida’s Straz Center on January 20, 2024.

Following that, the tour continues in Jacksonville, Florida’s Florida Theater on January 21, 2024, San Antonio, Texas’ Majestic Theater on January 27, 2024, Atlanta, Georgia’s Cobb Energy Center on February 2, 2024, Conway, Arkansas’ Reynolds Hall on February 3, 2024, Flint, Michigan’s Whiting Auditorium on February 24, 2024, Newark, New Jersey’s NJPAC on March 2, 2024, Orlando, Florida’s Dr. Phillips Hall on March 9, 2024, Portland, Oregon’s Keller Auditorium on March 30, 2024, and Kansas City, Missouri’s Kansas City Music Hall on April 27, 2024.

The tour then heads overseas to Paris’ Le Grand Rex France on May 24, 2024, and London’s Barbican Center on May 26, 2024. Additional dates and locations will be announced at a later time.

The Batman live concert will be an ‘unforgettable’ experience for fans

“Hot on the heels of our success with our first DC in Concert tour, we are excited to bring the classic 1989 ‘Batman’ and its acclaimed score to diehard fans and new generations for the film’s 35th anniversary,” said TCG Entertainment President Stephen Cook. “We create an unforgettable concert experience and are proud of the added creativity the DC in Concert series offers audiences to make the night an epic event.”

With a musical score composed by Danny Elfman, Batman originally hit theaters in June 1989. Along with Keaton, the film stars Jack Nicholson as Jack Napier/Joker, Kim Basinger as Vicki Vale, Pat Hingle as Commissioner Gordon, Billy Dee Williams as Harvey Dent, and Michael Gough as Alfred Pennyworth.
