Actor Jack Quaid has denied rumors that he is playing Johnny Storm/Human Torch in the MCU Fantastic Four movie.
A recent rumor released that Quaid, an actor known for his appearances in The Boys, Oppenheimer, and Scream, will portray the famous character. This upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe movie would introduce the superhero quartet into the series with WandaVision director Matt Shakman tapped to direct the film.
Quaid recently tweeted a denial of this rumor, saying, “Hello everyone. Nope. Not playing Johnny Storm but hey I’m flattered.” He then shared a link to donate to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, which is currently on strike.
