ComingSoon is doing a Children of the Corn Blu-ray giveaway ahead of the psychological thriller’s home media release. We have two Blu-ray copies to give away as part of the contest.
“It follows a 12-year-old girl in Nebraska who is possessed by a spirit in a dying cornfield,” reads the synopsis. “She recruits the other children in her small town to go on a bloody rampage and kill all the adults and anyone else who opposes her. A bright high schooler who won’t go along with the plan is the town’s only hope of survival.”
Based on Stephen King’s 1977 short story, Children of the Corn is written and directed by Kurt Wimmer. The story was first adapted for the big screen in 1984, with Linda Hamilton and Peter Horton serving as its leads. This version stars Elena Kampouris (Before I Fall), Kate Moyer (When Hope Calls), Callan Mulvey (Avengers: Endgame), and Bruce Spence (The Road Warrior).
