Watched at Home: Top Streaming Films for the Week of March 6Hey there, fellow couch potatoes! This week’s DEG’s Watched at Home Top 20 List included four new releases, namely Girl in the Basement (No. 4), Fatale (No. 6), Promising Young Woman (No. 12) and Silk Road (No. 15), but it was The Croods: A New Age who claimed the top spot once more; and, in all seriousness, aren’t likely to relent for a while. There simply aren’t that many family features to enjoy, so, with Spring Break coming up, it’s hard to see any film topping the wacky Stone Age family. RELATED: March 9 Blu-ray, Digital and DVD Releases Elsewhere, Monster Hunter jumped from No. 3 to No. 2, while Wrong Turn jumped up one spot from No. 6 to No. 5. Otherwise, it was more of the same: a handful of Yellowstone, a little Tenet, some Freaky, a dash of Harry Potter and topped off with Lord of the Rings. Hopefully, as things revert back to normal, we can have some more engaging battles at some point in the near future. 1. The Croods: A New Age Show Comments |
