Katherine Heigl and Clive Owen Set for Survivor

The film follows an American woman working in London for the U.S. State Department. When her offices are bombed, she, the lone survivor, finds herself caught up in a conspiratorial plot, leading to her becoming a fugitive from the law. She only has until New Year’s Eve to clear her name and stop another targeted attack.

Heigl most recently starred in the ensemble comedy The Big Wedding and will next lend her voice to Open Road Films’ animated family project The Nut Job. Owen, meanwhile, recently headlined the telefilm “Hemingway & Gelhorn” and can be seen coming up in crime drama Blood Ties.

Irwin Winkler and Millennium films are attached to produce Survivor with production slated to begin in July.
