Cast of The Atypical Family: Who Is Playing Actor Jang Ki-Yong’s Kid?

Netflix’s ongoing superhero K-drama The Atypical Family is now creating quite the hype all over the internet. Starring Jang Ki-Yong, Claudia Kim, and Chun Woo-Hee in the lead, the fantasy-based rom-com drama is about a family with superpowers. The child actor Park So-Yi plays Ki-Yong’s daughter, Bok Ina, in the drama. But do you know who she is?

So-Yi is a cute South Korean actress who debuted in 2018 with Mistress and gained popularity with Deliver Us from Evil. She then went on to feature in other K-dramas and showed her worth as an actress. At such a young age, So-Yi proved she is versatile. Her other notable works include See You in My 19th Life, She Would Never Know, etc. Now, viewers are going crazy about her mysterious character in the Netflix drama.

Park So-Yi as Bok Ina adds more layers to the K-drama The Atypical Family’s storyline. She plays Bok Gwi-Ju’s (Jang Ki-Yong) daughter. After a mysterious accident, Gwi-Ju’s wife dies, leaving their toddler Ina behind. Since then, Gwi-Ju finds himself depressed all the time while Bok Ina is growing up all alone with her grandparents. Bok Ina has a superpower in her eyes; she can see what people think. The viewers love her chemistry with Moon Woo-Jin, who is Han Joon-Woo ‘s classmate.

Park So-Yi portrays a shy, soft-spoken girl who likes to stay invisible to other people. She doesn’t know how to mingle with others. But her life might take a sharp turn after meeting Do Da-Hae. The family is weird as it is, now the mystery girl Do Da-Hae’s (Chun Woo-Hee) introduction makes it more suspicious. Will she be able to say she likes Joon-Woo with the help of Da-Hae?

The Atypical Family fans are going gaga about Park So-Yi’s performance. One of them reacted to her Instagram post and said, “Waiting for next episode only to watch both of you.” While another commented, “Girl, I’m only watching the series because of you two.”
