The latest Branding in Seongsu episode resumed from where the previous episode left off. Kang Na-On woke up in the hospital to discover that she was trapped in So Eun-Ho’s body. When she went to look for Eun-Ho, who was possibly inside her body, the doctors revealed that he was in the ICU. Na-On ran to find her body in the ICU and soon found out that she had died. Adjusting to Eun-Ho’s body, she decided to find her killer.

Na-On noticed a mark on Eun-Ho’s body. She recalled leaving the same mark on the man who pushed her down the pop-up building. Using his body, Na-On further spoke to her doctor about the medications she took to control her anxiety. The doctor refused to share any further information and only handed, who he thought was Eun-Ho, her belongings.

Considering she was in Eun-Ho’s body, she had no option but to live in his house. On the way, she realized that they had closed the investigation, ruling her death as suicide. Na-On entered Eun-Ho’s house and thought about possible suspects who might have had a motive in killing her. She ruled them down to fellow colleagues, Do Yu-Mi, team leader Mr. Nam, Director Mr. Han, Eun-Ho, and the shoe factory employee.

Na-On left for office the following day, still in Eun-Ho’s body. She discovered that Eun-Ho earned a promotion to a full-time employee as part of the underground team. Moreover, Do Yu-Mi replaced her as the marketing team leader. She met Do Yu-Mi, who was leaving to get her appointment letter from the HQ. While she suspected that Eun-Ho had an affair with Na-On, the latter doubted Yu-Mi for killing her.

Yu-Mi revealed that she didn’t have to kill Na-On since she killed herself. Meanwhile, Yu-Mi entered Na-On’s office and called someone to ensure she didn’t have to worry about Na-On. She also revealed that if Na-On came back alive, she and the mysterious caller would fall into trouble.

Na-On’s employees bored her talking about the underground team, thinking they were talking to Eun-Ho. She focused on finding the killer. On the other hand, Yu-Mi received the appointment letter, challenging the team director that Na-On would never make it back alive. Yu-Mi further decided to keep the underdog team as it was.

By the end of the episode, Na-On, who was in Eun-Ho’s body, argued with Yu-Mi over stealing her position. The latter stressed that she had given Eun-Ho a full-time position, while Na-On chose to fire him. Still unaware of Na-On being trapped inside Eun-Ho, Yu-Mi asked her to clean up the mess with the shoe factory that turned into a pop-up for the previous project. Na-On gladly took on the new role, still as Eun-Ho, and continued work as part of the underdog team.
