Popular K-drama Strong Girl Nam-soon is all set to air a brand new episode on Saturday, October 21, 2023 on Netflix. The series revolves around three generations of powerful women, who investigate drug-related crimes in Gangnam to uncover a dangerous drug cartel. It also follows the story of the youngest woman – Gang Nam-soon and her journey to unite with her family and use her powers for the good of society.
Episode 5 will continue to document Gang Nam-soon’s (Lee Yoo-mi) reunion moments with her family as well as her collaboration with detective Gang Hee-sik (Ong Seong-Wu) to uncover the drug cartel Doogo, led by the boss, Ryu Shi-oh (Byeon Woo-seok). Nam-soon’s mother Hwang Geum-joo (Kim Jung-eun) and her grandmother, matriarch Gil Joong-Gan (Kim Hae-sook), will also aid for the good of society.

Episode 4 of Strong Girl Nam-soon documented Gang Nam-soon (Lee Yoo-mi) lending a hand to detective Gang Hee-sik (Ong Seong-wu) to go undercover. She, along with Hee-sik, also joins the company, Doogo, after doubting that the organization may be working towards the creation of a dangerous synthetic drug that has led to the loss of lives.
The preview photos of Episode 5 document the undercover duo working within the kitchens of the company. The first photo features a man pointing his finger at Nam-soon as she looks at him with suspense and derision. Gang Hee-sik stands by as the two of them engage in a rather intense conversation, with the man pointing his finger too close to Nam-soon in the second picture.
Previously, Nam-soon showcased her powers in front of the company’s delivery man, when she took heavy boxes, lifting them with her bare hands, and transferring them to the truck. It looks like the man in the kitchen is also stunned by Nam-soon’s strength in the final picture. He stands shook as she points to the table, while the onlookers take their phones out to record.
Episode 5 of Strong Girl Nam-soon will see the company’s boss Ryu Shi-oh discover Nam-soon’s powers while also showcasing his own evil powers in front of her. Meanwhile, Hwang Geum-joo confronts a man she suspects is dealing with black money.
