Animal Box Office Collection Day 13: Ranbir Kapoor Movie Inches $96 Million Globally

Ranbir Kapoor’s latest blockbuster, Animal, continues to dominate the global box office. Animal’s box office collection day 13 has led to inching closer to a staggering $96 million in just 13 days. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie is going strong despite facing daily collection declines during its second week.

Industry tracker Sacnilk reports that on its second Wednesday, Animal pulled in a collection of $1.1 million in India. Moreover, it marks the lowest figure since its December 1, 2023, release. Nevertheless, the film’s total box office collection has now reached an impressive $56 million all-India net, with the Hindi Market contributing around $50 million.

Even with a dip in box office collections, Animal stands firm as it enters a crucial third weekend. As a result, it aims to surpass lifetime records set by blockbusters such as Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. The pair have benchmarks at $62.8 million and $62.9 million, respectively.

Now, the challenge for Animal Movie lies in its quest to break records. After all, needing over $11.9 million from this point onward to outshine Pathaan and Gadar 2. The stats specifically show the film is eyeing Pathaan’s formidable $65.3 million all-India collection.

The success of the film hinges on a spectacular third weekend since its showcasing is set to reduce significantly post-Sunday. After all, the box office would be making room for Shah Rukh Khan’s highly anticipated release, Dunki.

Animal: Bobby Deol’s ‘Jamal Kudu’ official video has garnered 9 million views

In response to overwhelming demand, T-Series released the official full video of Bobby Deol’s entry song, “Jamal Kudu,” in Animal. The video quickly amassed an impressive 9 million views within just hours of its release.

The video showcases Bobby’s viral dance to the song. “Jamal Kudu” is a recreation of the Iranian song “Jamaal Jamaaloo.” It initially gained traction on Instagram, where fans made reels on the short song shortly after the premiere of the film.
