The event is being put on to celebrate the release of La-La Land’s brand new, expanded and remastered 2-CD limited edition release of John Harrisons immortal Day of the Dead score, along with Waxwork Records limited edition double-vinyl version of the same title.
A special live discussion with composer John Harrison, director/writer George A. Romero and actor Sherman Howard Bub, hosted by film music writer and DAY liner notes author Jeff Bond. Admission is FREE, but a ticket must be obtained at lalalandrecords.com.
A soundtrack signing will follow with John Harrison, George A. Romero and Howard Sherman. They will sign ONLY DAY OF THE DEAD SOUNDTRACKS (CD and Vinyl) PURCHASED AT THE EVENT. No other items will be signed at this event. Additionally, Mr. Romero does not personalize autographs, but he will allow pictures. NOTE: These autograph rules will be strictly enforced.
The new DAY OF THE DEAD soundtracks will be available for purchase at this Egyptian Theater event, ahead of the CDs official release on October 8th. CD RETAIL PRICE: $20.
