Some more developments on The Devil’s Carnival, that new project Darren Lynn Bousman is directing that is being seen as a companion piece of sorts to Repo! The Genetic Opera. Shooting has wrapped on the project and we’ve got two pieces of casting news to share.
Bousman announced on Facebook today M. Shawn Crahan of Slipknot will appear in the film as “The Tamer.” He included a piece of art with this update. You will find that teaser poster inside with some casting info Shock exclusively learned.
In addition to Crahan, we have discovered Dayton Callie is also in the film. This veteran actor has been seen in Deadwood, Rob Zombie’s Halloween II and, most recently, Sons of Anarchy, in which he plays Chief Unser.
Cast members previously revealed include: Terrance Zdunich (co-creator of The Devil’s Carnival), Alexa Vega, Ogre, Paul Sorvino, Bill Moseley, Emilie Autumn, Marc Senter and Sean Patrick Flanery. And there are plenty of other top secret names involved.
