Another update on Rob Zombie’s film
Who needs Variety or The Hollywood Reporter when you’ve got Rob Zombie using his Facebook page to spill all of the details about The Lords of Salem? The writer-director posted the following casting update this morning.
“On we go! BILLY DRAGO has joined the growing cast of THE LORDS OF SALEM. BIlly takes on the role of Judge Samuel Mather a key player in the history of the Lords.
BIlly is best known for his roles in such films as Pale Rider, Freeway, The Hills Have Eyes (2006) and The Untouchables. In addition to film he has also appeared in numerous TV show including : HIll Street Blues, T.J. Hooker The Adventures Of Brisco County Jr. and Walker, Texas ranger.”
Very cool. I can see Drago as a stoic, gaunt judge who is part of the Salem witch trials.
Meg Foster, Ernest Thomas, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Torsten Voges and Bruce Dern also star.
