Mom puts bite on daughter…and the two act like sisters?
Saoirse Ronan and Gemma Arterton have signed aboard Neil Jordan’s film Byzantium.
It is the director’s return to bloodsuckers after helming Interview With the Vampire.
Arterton and Ronan will play a mother-daughter vampire team who sometimes pose as sisters. Unusual.
Moira Buffini penned the script; Jordan is teaming up with his A Company of Wolves producer to bring the film to the screen. Shooting begins this October.
Ronan, you may recall, played the young girl in Peter Jackson’s Lovely Bones and Arterton is at work on Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters.
