Black Swan director flies to which savior?
Comic book outlet Newsrama has a source that’s telling them Darren Aronofsky is not only circling Superman but the long-mooted adaptation of the comic book Preacher.
Aronofsky’s latest picture Black Swan opens in theaters on December 1.
Earlier this week, his name made a list of possible directors being courted for Warner Bros. Superman.
“Preacher,” published under DC’s Vertigo label, was created by writer Garth Ennis and artist Steve Dillon. Neal Moritz is producing the feature film. John August is the latest writer on board. Sam Mendes was once attached to direct.
