Leah Pipes (Sorority Row), Jason Mewes, Teri McMinn (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and John Savage (The Deer Hunter) are locked to star in Cousin Sarah. Haylie Duff is in negotiations to star.

The film is about a teenage girl named Crystal who has just graduated from high school in a small town community in Southern California. She realizes that she will be breaking up with her high school sweetheart Jake, who will be moving to the east coast in the fall.
Her older cousin Sarah, who has become the post-hippie poster child, arrives in town and tries to find a way into Crystal’s circle of friends. After several creepy events and disturbing dreams of burning houses, Crystal begins to wonder if there is something sinister in Sarah’s background.
Shooting begins this fall in Los Angeles.
