It ain’t a party until someone spills their guts
Wes Craven updated his Twitter followers this weekend with this pic from Scream 4‘s “Stab-a-Thon” party featured in the sequel. The body is intended to look fake – it’s a prop for the bash that resembles Drew Barrymore’s character, Casey, from the first film.
