Here’s the First Official Photo from The Walking Dead

When the news rains, it pours

It appears today is another big news day for The Walking Dead as AMC has provided us with the first “official still” from the forthcoming series directed by Frank Darabont. This one is labeled “zombie girl.” For those familiar with the Robert Kirkman comic book, is this the incapacitated female zombie protagonist Rick finds in the field en route to his house from the hospital?

Darabont says, “Greg Nicotero is absolutely out-doing himself. The work he is doing is beyond what one could hope for. Our zombies kick ass!”
