From pilot to series
Director Russell Mulcahy is wrapping up his pilot episode of Teen Wolf for MTV and the network is apparently impressed with what they’ve seen because they’ve ordered up a total of twelve episodes.
Written by Jeff Davis, and based on the Michael J. Fox film of the same name, Mulcahy is taking a more serious approach to the material. Tyler Posey plays Scott McCall, a high school student afflicted with lycanthropy.
Look for a debut later this year.
