See The Last Exorcism Early!

Playing at the Los Angeles film festival

The world premiere of The Last Exorcism (formerly known as Cotton) was delayed when the film was pulled from a recent film festival. Today, Lionsgate has announced that the faux documentary will screen at the 2010 Los Angeles Film Festival this June.

Synopsis: After a career spent helping the devout through prayer and trickery, Reverend Cotton Marcus invites a film crew to document his final fraudulent days as an exorcist. Soon his faith is truly tested when a desperate plea from the father of a possessed girl brings him face to face with the devil himself.

Produced by Eli Roth, The Last Exorcism is directed by Daniel Stamm and stars Patrick Fabian (Big Love) and Ashley Bell (The United States of Tara).

The world premiere will be an outdoors screening at the Ford Amphitheater. Please see the following link for more details on the event RIGHT HERE.

The fest runs from June 12 – 27, passes are on sale at this spot.

The Last Exorcism releases nationwide on August 27th.
