Lovecraftian beast in the sky!

Shortly before Altitude began production, comic book vet Kaare Andrews created a rough trailer for the film to generate funding. The preview hit the web and featured a cast not in the final production.

A real – albeit temp – trailer is here. And it’s got the real cast: Jessica Lowndes (90210, Ryan Donowho, Julianna Guill (Friday the 13th), Landon Liboiron and Jake Weary. Lowndes plays a fledgling pilot who takes her friends out on a trip and faces a malevolent, supernatural forces in the sky.

It’s a classic Twilight Zone-esque scenario with a bit of Lovecraft thrown in for good measure. Check it out. Even though it’s raw, there are some effective moments.
