Hack/Slash Hits the Marks

Based on the Devil’s Due horror comic book

Justin Marks is sharpening his blades for the long-awaited adaptation of the Devil’s Due comic book Hack/Slash.

Marks is entering into the project as one of the latest writers to take a crack at the story of Cassie Hack, a character conceived by Tim Seeley, who travels the country hunting slashers with her partner Vlad. Todd Lincoln has been on board as director since the project was announced. With Martin Schenk, he penned the original script which was later passed into the hands of Ben Magid.

Adrian Askarieh, Daniel Alter and Howard Sun are producing for Rogue Pictures. Marks’ credits include the upcoming He-Man and the Masters of the Universe film and Fox’s Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li.

Hack/Slash is currently a monthly comic series and was most recently collected in an Omnibus (details).
