Dylan is curious
At the beach house, Dylan informs Will that she is leaving the apartment. She also acknowledges that her presence caused a rift in Will’s relationship with Electra. Will replies that it is too late to mend things and briefly mentions the situation with RJ. A curious Dylan asks what happened, and Will explains why RJ being with Electra became an issue.
RJ’s criticism of Will continues
Elsewhere, Ivy recalls taking Electra’s letter from the desk and placing it in her bag. She claims she did it to protect her. Meanwhile, RJ tries to get into Electra’s good books and acts overly protective of her. He slams Will for not having the courage to break up with her in person. He questions whether Will truly ended things and ultimately declares him a coward.
Continuing his criticism, RJ listens as Electra opens up about her hurt and explains what went wrong. Electra confesses that she loved Will and doubts herself for being insecure. RJ reassures her that she did nothing wrong and that he would always choose her.
Ivy acts shocked
Although RJ tries his best to comfort Electra, she refuses his help and hopes there is still a way to make things better with Will. RJ later visits the design office and tells Ivy that Will has broken Electra’s heart. Ivy pretends to be shocked. As RJ declares that Will’s actions were disgusting, Ivy secretly revels in the success of her scheme.
Electra confides in Daphne
Later, Electra opens up to Daphne about Will breaking up with her and leaving the necklace on the desk. Daphne remains unconvinced, but Electra explains how Ivy witnessed what appeared to be inappropriate moments between Dylan and Will. In an attempt to make things right, Electra wrote a letter to Will, but he never responded and instead ended the relationship.
Will opens up
Dylan insists that she wants to help Will with whatever is bothering him, but he initially refuses. However, she continues to press him to reveal what happened. Finally, he opens up about witnessing the kiss between Electra and RJ.
Daphne connects the dots
Meanwhile, Daphne begins to suspect that there may have been a misunderstanding between Electra and Will. She asks Electra whether she followed up with Will after writing the letter. Electra explains that she simply left it on his office desk. Daphne then presses her on whether she ever confirmed that he actually received it.
Electra reveals that when she returned to the office, the only thing she found was her broken necklace, which led her to assume that he had ended their relationship. As the two share a hug, Daphne suddenly recalls seeing Ivy take a letter from the desk and slip it into her purse.
