The film stars child actor Jeremy Cooper alongside Viggo Mortensen and Lindsay Duncan. Cooper plays Seth, the young boy, while Mortensen portrays his complex older brother Cameron. Duncan takes on the role of Dolphin Blue, the mysterious neighbor.
