The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live Episode 6 Ending: Who Dies in the Finale?

Here’s who died by the end of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live Episode 6. Find out about every major casualty in the finale and learn how they perished. Also, find out who survived.

Who dies in the finale of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live?

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live’s Episode 6 saw the deaths of Major General Beale and Command Sergeant Major Pearl Thorne.

Jonathan Beale

Among the many new characters introduced and then killed by the end of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live was Terry O’Quinn’s Civic Republic Military Major General Beale. Sergeant Major Rick Grimes was promoted to the elite soldier squad that comprised the Frontliner Corps. He was supposed to carry the mission of taking over the Civic Republic to become the strongest force on the planet, which would ensure humanity’s survival.

But since Rick was against the CRM’s cause, he killed Beale by impaling him with the sword that symbolizes a soldier’s loyalty to the CRM. Following that, he and Michonne used a zombified Beale to kill off 2,533 Frontliners by setting off an explosion of grenades that were rigged to chlorine gas canisters.

Command Sergeant Major Pearl Thorne

Following the explosion, Lesley-Ann Brandt’s Thorne set out to cast her revenge on Rick and Michonne. As she tried to kill the two while they were all swarmed by Walkers, Michonne ultimately got the upper hand. She used Beale’s sword to take down Thorne.

In her dying moments, she gave her gas mask to Rick. So, she either died due to the toxic chemicals or due to blood loss from her wound.

Do Rick and Michonne survive?

The ending of The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live sees Rick and Michonne survive and escape the Civic Republic Military once and for all.

As the title of the spinoff suggests, they are “the ones who live” and they reunited with their kids. Now, with the CRM gone, it’ll be interesting to see if they will return in some other TWD spinoff because The Ones Who Live has been classified as a limited series. So, there may not be a second season.
