The new Supergirl DCU actress is Milly Alcock.
Milly Alcock is a 23-year-old Australian actress. She first gained recognition as a teenager Megan “Meg” Adams who hitchhikes across 2000 miles of the Australian outback in the Foxtel comedy-drama television series Upright, for which she received an AACTA nomination for Best Comedy Performer at the 10th AACTA Awards. This show also netted her the 2018 Rising Star Award from the Casting Guild of America.
Alcock later gained international recognition for playing the young Rhaenyra Targaryen in HBO’s House of the Dragon, a prequel to Game of Thrones. She received three nominations for her performance:
- Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series at 2023’s Critics’ Choice Television Awards
- Best Actress in a Science Fiction/Fantasy Series at 2023’s Critics’ Choice Super Awards

Alcock was born on 11 April 2000 and raised in Sydney, New South Wales. She has two brothers and was introduced to acting upon playing Little Red Riding Hood in Taverners Hill Infants School’s version of Little Red Rocking Hood.
