Netflix‘s new TV and movie releases for November 6-12 include The Killer, Escaping Twin Flames, and the anime series Akuma Kun.
Starting on November 8, viewers can stream Escaping Twin Flames. This true-crime documentary series is directed by actress Cecilia Peck and explores the world of the Twin Flames Universe, in particular, a cult run by Shaleia (Megan Plante) and Jeff (Ayan) “Divine”, through interviews with former members who share their experiences being part of the cult. This docu-series will also explore the allegations of indoctrination and abuse associated with the cult.
Then on November 9, viewers can stream the anime Akuma Kun, based on the manga series written and illustrated by Shigeru Mizuki. The story revolves around the title character, a boy raised by a demon. The boy works with his half-human/half-demon partner Mephisto III as paranormal investigators in order to solve various mysteries and murders.
Finally, on November 10, viewers can start streaming iconic director David Fincher’s latest film, The Killer. The film, based on the French graphic novel of the same name written by Alexis “Matz” Nolent and illustrated by Luc Jacamon, revolves around the title character, played by Michael Fassbender, who gets caught in an international manhunt after a contract-killing job goes wrong. Arliss Howard, Sala Baker, Sophie Charlotte, and Tilda Swinton also star in the film.
