Cindy Moon MCU: Will Silk be in Spider-Man 4 & the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

After Spider-Man 2 PS5, Marvel fans wish to know whether Cindy Moon will turn into Silk in the MCU. Will she show up in Tom Holland’s Spider-Man 4? Here’s all that has been revealed about Cindy Moon’s future in the MCU.

Will Cindy Moon become Silk in the MCU?

Tiffany Espensen’s Cindy Moon isn’t yet confirmed to become Silk in the MCU.

Espensen appeared as Cindy Moon in Spider-Man: Homecoming. She was seen as Peter Parker’s classmate but wasn’t set up on the path of the Marvel Comics hero, Silk.

In the comics, she debuted in 2014’s Amazing Spider-Man #1. She was also bitten by the same radioactive Spider that bit Peter Parker and has similar abilities to Spider-Man. However, she has organic webbing and can also track Peter Parker’s Spider-Man anywhere across the multiverse due to their origins being connected.

But nothing of sorts has happened in the MCU yet, as Espensen’s Cindy Moon was neither seen in Spider-Man: Far From Home nor Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Is Silk going to be in Spider-Man 4?

Silk is not confirmed to appear in Spider-Man 4, although there is a possibility for her to show up in live-action soon.

Since she hasn’t shown up in the last two Spider-Man movies, it’s possible that she has gone through her comic-accurate origins in the MCU behind the scenes, and could be explored further in the upcoming Spider-Man 4.

Another possibility is for her to go through her origins in Spider-Man 4 while also showcasing flashbacks of how Peter Parker was bitten by the radioactive spider within the MCU. But since the MCU has been inclined towards setting up Miles Morales instead, Cindy Moon may not turn into Silk in Spider-Man 4 either.

On the contrary, Sony has reportedly been developing a Silk series for Prime Video, and that’s where we might see a different version of Cindy Moon turn into the wall-crawling superhero in live-action.
