Does Judith die in The Walking Dead TV show?
No, Judith does not die in The Walking Dead TV series. She was alive and well in the final episode of season 11.
Born in the third season of the series, she is the biological daughter of Shane Walsh and Lori Grimes. However, Rick Grimes raised her after Shane was killed in season 1 before she was born, and her mother died while giving birth to her.
Raising her was a tough ask during the zombie apocalypse, and it was a responsibility that many of Rick’s companions also took on. Ultimately, they all succeeded as she survived The Walking Dead season 11’s final episode. Viewers saw her standing alongside RJ in the final scene where he said, “We get to start over. We’re the ones who live.”
Now, fans are looking forward to her return alongside RJ in the upcoming TWD spinoff based on Rick Grimes and Michonne. While the series would focus on their love story, it is also expected to unite Rick with his two surviving children.

Contrary to the live-action series, Judith Grimes died as an infant in The Walking Dead comics.
This was a big change that the creatives of the live-action series made to Robert Kirkman’s The Walking Dead comics. In the books, she tragically passes away while Rick’s group tries to escape the Governor’s prison attack.
The AMC series turned her into a major character. Over the years, she was played by several actors including Eliza Cornwell, Chloe Garcia-Frizzi, and Sophia Garcia-Frizzi, as she grew up from season to season. But from seasons 9-11, Cailey Fleming played the part. Now, it’ll be interesting to see whether she gets to return in the Rick and Michonne spinoff.
