Update: On July 1, Hell’s Paradise season 2 was confirmed. However, there is no information yet about the release date. The announcement of the second season came with a promotional video. Check it out below:
As of writing, there is no confirmation from the show’s official website and MAPPA about a second season. Fans were hoping there would be an update during the MAPPA Stage 2023 event last May, but nothing was announced. Considering the recent popularity of Hell’s Paradise: Jigokuraku in the shonen genre, a second season may be well underway. Furthermore, there’s still a lot to adapt from the manga. Perhaps there will be an announcement after the 13th episode airs.
Hell’s Paradise season 1 premiered on Crunchyroll last April 1, 2023. Since Crunchyroll simulcasted the series, it is highly likely that season 2 will also be streaming on this platform.
