The official Twitter account for Final Fantasy confirmed on Tuesday that when the remaster of Final Fantasy VI launches, players will be able to experience the iconic opera scene in seven total languages, including English, Japanese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Korean.

For those unaware, the opera scene in Final Fantasy VI was essentially what it sounded like, and was a large-scale opera that appeared in the game. Unlike the version that appeared on the SNES in 1994, however, this version of the opera will feature full vocals, potentially making the iconic scene even more emotional and resonant.

Final Fantasy VI‘s pixel remaster was initially set to launch in 2021, and complete a series of remasters that Square Enix had announced in July 2021. So far, the first five entries in the Final Fantasy franchise have been released in remastered pixel form.
