During Microsoft and Bethesda’s E3 2021 showcase on Sunday, the latest entry in the Forza Horizon series was announced, with Forza Horizon 5 set to launch in November.
When it launches, Forza Horizon 5 aims to be Playground Games’ largest, most diverse open world racing game ever. The title is set against a vibrant, ever-evolving landscape in Mexico, with limitless driving action in hundreds of the most iconic and greatest cars.
You can check out a trailer featuring loads of gameplay for Forza Horizon 5 below:
With the game taking place in Mexico, players will be hit with some incredible landscapes right from the very start. In the gameplay demo that was shown during the showcase, players were seen driving through deserts, lush jungles, historic cities (with true-to-life artwork littered throughout), ruins, beaches, and even a giant volcano.
Pre-orders for the game are already active on some sites, with Microsoft’s store to make the game available in Standard, Deluxe, and Premium versions sometime today. Of course, like many games shown off on Sunday, Forza Horizon 5 will be available on Xbox Game Pass when the game launches later this year.
Forza Horizon 5 is set to launch on November 9, 2021, on Xbox, PC, and Steam.
