Yet another One Piece Film: Red poster has been released. The latest one shows off a new look for the most lovable member of the Straw Hats, Tony Tony Chopper.

Instead of wearing his typical gear, Chopper is wearing pink rather than his signature baby blue on the poster. He also has a sword and is decked out with cool pirate garb. As for the text in the background, Chopper excitedly says, “There’s a room full of books!” This comes after the release of posters for Luffy and a mysterious new character that is original to the film.

One Piece‘s next film will reportedly focus on the past of Shanks, the leader of the Red Hair Pirates and one of the Four Emperors. Shanks is an important part of the series lore as he inspired protagonist Monkey D. Luffy to become a pirate and gave him the straw hat that he now wears.

One Piece Film: Red is directed by Goro Taniguchi (Code Geass) with a script written by Kuroiwa Tsutomu. Manga creator Eiichiro Oda will serve as a producer and general supervisor. The film is set to premiere on August 6, 2022.
