Make a Trailer, Win a $1,000 from Anchor Bay

Brutal Massacre contest begins

In anticipation of their July 22nd release of Brutal Massacre – the horror laugh-a-thon, faux documentary – Anchor Bay Entertainment has established a video contest where you could score some loot and DVDs.

Stevan Mena’s film follows the exploits of Harry Penderecki and horror filmmaker embarking on his latest endeavor. Taking its inspiration from Penderecki’s oeuvre, Anchor Bay is giving you a chance to create a scene or a trailer from his past offerings: Sasquatch at the Mall; The Fish Who Ate Flesh; Bowel Movement; or Garbage Man.

Submitted vidoes must be between 45 second and 3:00 minutes long. The grand prize winner gets 1,000 bucks and a chance to have their video on a future Anchor Bay release. One runner-up will get an Anchor Bay DVD 10-pack.

To enter create a new YouTube account or log into your existing YouTube account and upload your video to the Brutal Massacre contest page here. Official rules are available here.

The contest ends on July 15th.
