Disney+ is reviving a beloved TV show that made Ryan Gosling and Justin Timberlake household names. The upcoming reboot is going to feature a fresh cast this time. Interestingly, this series has gone through various revivals in the past as well.

The Mickey Mouse Club is getting a reboot from Disney+, reports Deadline. The series became a major hit in the 1990s and helped launch the careers of Ryan Gosling, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera, Keri Russell, and Britney Spears. As teenagers, they appeared as Mouseketeers on the show.
The reboot will feature 11 talented young performers as Mouseketeers. The cast includes Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, and Brooklynn Pitts, all of whom will also appear in Disney’s upcoming Camp Rock 3 movie.
Other cast members on The Mickey Mouse Club include Erianthe Akaata, Scarlett London Diviney, Michael Cash, Yonas Kibreab, Varonica Mitchell, Kauani, Scarlett Grace Petty, and Carter Barnes.

The Mickey Mouse Club reboot comes from Fulwell Entertainment. Disney has revealed that the upcoming show will be a “showcase for today’s most talented young performers, where music, innovation, and self-expression take center stage.”
Looking back at The Mickey Mouse Club’s history, it was created by Walt Disney. It debuted as a television series on ABC in 1955, running until 1959. It was later revived from 1977 to 1979 before returning on Disney Channel in 1989. This version of the show ran till 1996 and featured various Mouseketeers such as Gosling, Timberlake, and Spears.
In 2017, the franchise was rebooted again under the title Club Mickey Mouse. It was specifically made for digital platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
The Disney+ reboot of The Mickey Mouse Club has not yet received a release window.
