General Hospital‘s recent episode marked the return of a WSB agent who was previously involved with Josslyn, both professionally and romantically. He last appeared on the show in November 2025. Now, less than a year later, he’s back and meets Britt Westbourne, with whom his paths crossed at Five Poppies resort in Croatia last time.
General Hospital brings back Bryce Durfee as Vaughn
Bryce Durfee, who plays WSB agent Vaughn, has rejoined the roster after being first introduced in March last year. According to a GH representative, he will likely appear for two episodes (via Soap Opera Digest). Now, he has joined the PCPD and pays a visit to Britt Wesbourne. He asks Britt to cooperate with WSB, given that they are well aware of her involvement in developing Cassius’ cold fusion prototype. Following this, he also heads to meet Molly Lansing-Davis, Charlotte Cassadine, and Danny Morgan to get an update on Valentin Cassadine and Jason Morgan.
In his previous stint, Vaughn’s role involved collaborating with Josslyn in order to keep a close eye on Britt at the Five Poppies resort in Croatia. For those unfamiliar, Britt, manipulated by Sidwell and Cullum, was forced to help them out in the fusion project. At the time, Vaughn and Josslyn acted as honeymooners, so no one could get familiar with their real identities, and causes hindrance in their job.
Ahead of the current storyline, Vaughn was also romantically involved with Josslyn, whom he first met at the WSB training facility. As the storyline progressed, the duo eventually developed feelings for each other, but their relationship was forbidden in their workplace. To avoid any professional complications, the duo remained lovers secretly, but eventually they came to the attention of the WSB. During that time, Brennan ordered them not to be together, but the lovebirds didn’t listen to that warning. Therefore, Jack made sure to remove Vaughn from Josslyn’s life.
