Cody, dressed sharply, bumps into Tracy. When she questions his attire, he admits he has a date with Ava. Tracy warns that Ava is dangerous, listing several ways she could end his life. Cody clarifies it’s not romantic — it’s a paid distraction. Tracy urges him to reconsider and even offers financial help, but Cody refuses, saying he’s fine.

Ava tells Nina about her new beau

At the bar, Ava tells Nina she dumped Ric, though he doesn’t know yet, and reveals Cody is her new fling. She calls him easy to be around — refreshing after past relationships with Nikolas and Ric. Nina advises caution, but Ava insists it’s just harmless fun.

Brennan reveals part of the truth to Carly

Brennan tells Carly his real mission in Port Charles involves a global threat and warns he might disappear without notice. Carly is relieved he’s not hiding a secret family and accepts his need for discretion. She promises she isn’t going anywhere as long as he’s honest about what he can share.
