Below Deck Season 12: Solène Favreau & Rainbeau de Roos’ Feud Explained

With Solène Favreau and Rainbeau de Roos already at loggerheads, few expected the drama to escalate as quickly as it did on Monday’s episode of Below Deck Season 12. The two were engaged in some name-calling, and it now seems imminent that someone from Season 12 will be fired very soon. All the hints point toward the same outcome.

What happened between Solène Favreau and Rainbeau de Roos in Below Deck Season 12?

Solène Favreau was seemingly already an offbeat hire. With only 22 days of experience and little desire to learn, she started clashing with the struggling Rainbeau de Roos. The addition of Solène has only worsened Rainbeau de Roos’s attempts to do a good job.

However, the feud escalated significantly in the latest episode of Below Deck, where there was some unexpected name-calling, strongly hinting that something bad was about to happen. Things took a turn for the worse when Solène admitted that she did not care about her tasks.

Rainbeau responded in a confessional, “She just genuinely doesn’t give a f**.” She added, “You dumb btch. I think every single person on the boat is actively working harder than you” (via US Weekly).

Moreover, Rainbeau ended the episode expressing doubts about her capabilities on St. David. “I feel like no matter how much effort I put in, it is not good enough,” she admitted.

“When I am giving 100 percent, why is that not good enough? Is there something wrong with me? What the fuck am I doing? Let me know so I can do better,” she said. “I just feel like I am drowning. There’s no air to breathe.”

Solène’s personal life also remains messy on Below Deck, as she is still making out with Kyle Stillie but is getting close to Jess Theron. It is also affecting her performance.

Moreover, it seems that Solène is also hitting back at Rainbeau in the sneak peek for next week’s episode. “Rainbow is like [the] beast of vagina bush,” Solène told the producers in the sneak peek.

So, it seems there is plenty of drama ahead in Below Deck Season 12, which may include another early firing, as per reports. Stay tuned for more updates.
